I don't disagree that Mizzou knew what it was getting into

Although I am not sure spending more money is the only option. Mizzou could maintain the current spending and let the chips fall where they may. I did find it interesting that Vandy was not mentioned anywhere in the article. I would think Vandy may have trouble keeping up with the Joneses over the long-term.
