They finished the concrete work yesterday...

So they'll have to place the railings, work on the steps, and lay some Hokie Stone. It will probably take 2-3 days for the concrete to cure. At least the weather has been warm and dry enough to finally complete it. Another poster said a few weeks ago that the work is also being held back because of inspectors. I'm hoping it will be ready for the Pitt series.
