No. He doesn't believe private enterprise can lead in space (video)


exploration. See that attached video link. It is toned down a bit from that tweet though, and seems to be directed at space exploration. Doesn't quite come across as ridiculous as that tweet makes it sound. But he does expect government to lead the way to Mars - doesn't see a profit motive for private enterprise until government makes the first steps.
