Well said! Development is the name of the game.

Robie has proven time and time again that he can develop guys that were nowhere near the top of their class coming out of high school and turn them in to All-Americans!

In addition to Jared and Walz, Chris Penny comes to mind. Dude wasn't ever even a state champion in high school and he goes on to AA as a senior, beating a Penn State (#3 seed I think) in the quarters that year.
