I was under the impression that Macs...just...work.

But it slowed down, froze up, needed rebooting, and basically acted every bit as temperamental as the worst PC I've ever owned. I never did find the commands intuitive...granted running a PC at work and a Mac at home probably never helped. There were a few programs designed for PC's that had a Mac version that just never ran well on a Mac.

And add to that I'm pretty good at debugging a temperamental PC, plus I have no less than five friends who are absolute experts on the PC I can call if I get in over my head. Every problem I had with the Mac, I was stuck with trolling message boards to find an answer.

And since then, work issued me an iPhone. Really don't like it either. Again, many of the commands are just not intuitive to me. Maybe if I'd been using an iPhone from the first generation, it might be different. But I was handed a 5s two years ago, and I still find it annoying.
