Local or State. FBI failed in Orlando and failed in Parkland

It sounds to me like DCF (Department of Children and Families) should have been involved with as many times as the Cops went out to the adopted Mom's house before she passed. Not an indictment of her but her adopted son's problems seemed to be too much. I wonder if he ever spent time at one of those locked down mental facilities. There is one at a hospital near where I live and I know people that have spent time there to get their medications correct to avoid harming themselves.

The FBI did not follow up on the shooter in the Pulse tragedy here in Orlando. Nor did they even break a sweat on investigating the Parkland shooter. I have more faith in the local and state police then I do in the FBI when it comes to these young shooters.

The FBI is good if you need highly technical ballistic testing done but as far as a mental health issue goes I think the local and state folks are better at handling that.
