this is something i typed a few weeks ago. We have a place there so go at least every year...and live in colorado obviously. Disregard some of this (comparisons to other Vail restaurants) . Its all food related. IF bored rent Snowmobiles at Towgotee Pass...unreal.

Breakfast: Café Genivive (cute little house); The bunnery Café (great baked goods, and sitdown eggs)…Noras in Wilson (the institutioin for breakfast)

Cheaper Lunch/supper: Pinky G Pizza (looks like a Moes- this guys owns the moes, cool place, music upstairs, PBR & shot of whiskey $5). Teton Thai (at the Mtn)- best Thai this side of Cali. Heat rating 1-5….so not under any circumstance think you are a 5 (ghost pepper hot). I think I have stepped back from a 4 to a 3…and I still cry. Moes BBQ (you eat it all the time, this place is really nice insdie)

Supper: The Kitchen (a mellow Sweet Basil ? smaller Asian / American plates- check the menu); Bin 22 (small tapas plates in the back of a wine store). The Bird (just outta town- rustic bar- awesome burgers and schnitzel the size of your head); Silver Dollar Bar (just because its cool- burgers- steaks). IL Villagio Osteria (nice Italian at the village- higher end)

Drinking- Silver Dollar Bar, Cowboy Bar, Stagecoach in Wilson, Mangey Moose (village-apres); hear the Snow King (either at the ice rink or a new lodge bar is cool (moes boyz loved it??)
