I suspect those companies have a limit on the advancement

a person can get at 1 time and charge a high fee for the service. It wouldn't surprise me if the companies are able to "buy" the settlements for pennies on the dollar. Then again, I always assumed that people who used the service are either not highly educated and/or desperate enough to "need" quick cash.
