Regardless whether it is against Johnson's offense, the run-n-shoot, or other opponents not named GT, there have been times when the defense had opportunities to step up and show the world what it means to be a "Bud Foster defense" and failed to do so for a number of different reasons. Even if Foster has figured out how to contain/stop the triple option, it doesn't matter if they players don't execute the plan and step up when it matters most in the game.
