Last time I did not get the shot, we had to fly my mother here to take care


of the babies. I was down for the count for 2 weeks. Haven't had it since. A universal flu shot is in the works. Looks very promising. Also, a brand new Shingles shot is now available from Glaxo Smith Kline. Even if you've had the old one they are recommending this. They say 'over 50' but I know so many people under 50 who got Shingles.
