Assuming by mid 6 figure you mean 500k right? That's what I've seen

every time I've been out there. I sent one of my young employees here in Tampa out to San Diego a few years back. He was making $60k here and I gave him $85k out there. He moved back in 8 months saying he just couldn't afford it out there.
