Is there no allowance as the season goes on in high school now?

I vaguely remember there being a 2 pound allowance later in the season. As you pointed out that was many moons ago before they cracked down on weight cutting.

Yes, 2 pounds at Regionals in VA this weekend. There are also allowances -- HealthHokie 02/06/2018 10:53AM
