...of how the rule is enforced. The breaking the plane w/control becomes a secondary consideration and control through the ground becomes the first order of magnitude. If player is determined to be a runner then plane/control is only criteria. Not picking on you personally , like it or not , I just don't get why people have such a hard time grasping the nuances/situational nature of the current rule as it is enforced.
