I don't question his commitment at all. I think he's puzzled by these guys


I think he struggles to motivate them, to find the right buttons to push. They are so hot and cold. So inconsistent in all aspects of the game. I'm not sure he's dealt with this at this breadth before and he's trying to find the magic elixir.
