It sounds like what should have been a minor situation got out of hand.


Too much pressure on a kid can backfire. Also 'seems' like the kid is a bit sensitive and nobody gleaned that from working with him. Giving an ultimata on anyone can backfire as well especially if you dont want the outcome...its ill advised....maybe the kid is exagarating this claim? if its true its a bad move...Sometimes its better to just own up to a fact that a mistake was made and it will be corrected rather than 'spinning' it into a he said said she said....
