Mark Hall did. Maybe not quite this late, but Lewis has no 57 matches.

Hall last year had wrestled matches unattached that helped his seeding and NCAA qualification.
Lewis has obviously wrestled unattached this year also, but not @ 157.
So if coaches last second decided to insert Lewis you have to:
a) change the whole redshirt and career path you had for him this year.
&
b) Possibly risk not qualifying for NCAA tournament if you slip up @ ACC's and otherwise have no 157 resume.
On the other hand.....
with the 1 & 2 ranked 157 guys suffering possible huge injures this weekend, maybe you think about it for a second or two?
