Most if not all transfers couldn't start at their existing school...I don't


see this as big change. I know there are a small amount that do great at the new school, but you can't build a program off of those guys. If ND opts out, I don't think it will hurt them much if at all.

PS I think the new red shirt rule where you can play in 4 games without burning the shirt a bigger change. I personally think 4 is to many, but it looks like that is a done deal.
