ESPN and Hockey East reach multi-year deal


This is interesting because ESPN hasn't had much use for hockey since the NHL had that long protracted strike costing ESPN a lot of content. It's true that it is just ESPN3 for now, but that's a start.

I wonder if Boston College will be producing its hockey games for the ACC Network Extra? They'll have all the production capability because the ACC Network is requiring it. They play hockey in the same facility as basketball.
