He may decide to continue using the flexbone spread option offense
like Johnson uses at GT. Then again, I could see him use a hybrid with elements of the flexbone. FWIW the Paul Johnson coaching tree includes: Jeff Monken (Georgia Southern), Brian Bohannon (Kennesaw State), and Ken Niumatalolo (Navy). Georgia Southern attempted 195 passes for the 2017 season which is more than GT (119 attempts) and Navy (102 attempts). So it is possible Arizona could have a similar offense as Georgia Southern than GT or Navy.
