The team was awful. The coach is responsible and accountable for that. But at some point, the players gotta play. They gotta show heart. Somebody needs to be a leader out there. Someone has to want it more than the other guy. What we lost in Seth and Zach last year from a talent standpoint was replaceable. Both were great but neither are NBA talents. But what we lost and are now seeing is that "it" factor. Those guys wanted it more than our opponents.

If you want evidence, go re-watch that Wake ACCT game. We didn't necessarily need it, but it was the final seal in our NCAAT birth. And Zach dominated a 1st round NBA draft pick. LeDay put up 31 points and 15 rebounds. John Collins had 15 points 10 rebounds. “I just didn’t want to go home,” LeDay said. “We weren’t playing as hard as we needed to.”

That's what we're missing...and while Buzz is ultimately responsible and held accountable and deserves a lions share of the blame. At this point, we're plenty talented and we have the same size constraints as last year (maybe less so with Blackshear back). What we are missing that "it" factor and IMO, that's on the players and isn't something a coach can necessarily instill. Someone needs to take that roll.
