What makes Penn State more attractive than us for recruits? Its in a very


rural place in Pennsylvania. Its like their recruiting just exploded within the passed two years. From talk of taking 10 + years to recover from the Scandal to legit National title contenders within a 4-5 year time frame. I just don't get it.
