I have yet to see a good product on the market for that

I am not much of a wifi expert so I made the most of my router location first- center of the house if you imagine it as a globe- and that solved all my problems. We don't have a real large house but it is two stories with living space in all corners and a massive dead zone in the FROG/bonus room.

Might be worth a look before you chuck your wallet at it and maybe don't get an improvement
