How about this

1. The Athletic Dept/Hokie Club can offer an Olympic Sports Card for $50 or $100. Good for the entire year to all Olympic sporting events. Each event always has marketing reps handing out something. They can scan your card, just like your tickets are scanned at football games, and you can earn Hokie Club Points for each event you attend.
2. Just charge an admission fee for each Olympic event and state that all $$$ will go directly to that sport.
