Super 4 conference make up, then they would sit down with all the conferences, and not just plan to contrive this from some break up of the Big X11. And whether or that becomes some type of alliance strictly for football, fb & mbb, fb, mbb & wbb or all sports would need to be vetted. I personally think that setting something up for football only is the most viable option and something the conferences could work towards rather than other options
