To hide proof he was just ti recruit his son is hidden.
The family cant benefit just because the player is hired.
Once his so said what he did im pretty sure his dad getting a job at the school will be scrutinized.

Michigan is smart enough to do it well ahead of officially recruiting the kid which is allowed. Once the recruitment is tied directly to a hire there is a problem.
