... based only on what little I read, that this arrangement was unusual and slanted greatly toward Louisville compared to similar arrangements, and a more visionary AD would have foreseen that becoming an issue, and would have sorted out a way to achieve mutual goals. Jurich seemed like a "get my goals done at the expense of everyone else, and if they are stupid, well, that's their problem" kind of guy. The optics aren't good, especially if that goes south.
