You are missing my point, I was not happy with Ohio State last year, this


is not about Ohio State versus Alabama.

This is about having a consistent criteria to judge the teams. So for instance, if you are going to weight Conference Champion, then weight it, but don't let Ohio State last year and Alabama this year miss the Conference Championship and use it as a way to get in. If Wisconsin didn't play in the Conference Championship they are in. Alabama got handled by Auburn, beat soundly up front. If Alabama plays Georgia the committee believes they lose to Georgia. That's why they ranked them that way. So Auburn gets knocked out for losing to Georgia, but Alabama gets in even though the week before Auburn handled. That is awful!!!! There is not one playoff system in the country besides this one that does that...not one. There is a reason that is the case, the reason it is a bad system!

PS Washington loss one game by 7 points and won their conference championship. Bama got beat by 12 and gave up over 400 yards to Auburn who looses the next week by 21. How you finish should matter, but if you are a branded team, you get treated differently.
