Agreed...no shame in taking a mid major HC job


It doesn't always lead to mega success...see Skip Holtz...actually a decent coach...but if you want to move to P5 you need to make a lot of noise at the mid major level. With that said you can always jump back from mid major failure to P5 position coach.
