Notre Dame - Got thumped to a team that lost to Miami by 33 points and to Stanford by 18 points.

UCLA - Struggled against an average 6-6 team.

Stanford - Struggled against a good Cardinal team which they beat earlier in the season by 18 points on Sept 9th. The USC vs. Notre Dame game may come back into play here since Stanford vs. Notre Dame was fresh on the Committee's mind during the CCG.
