how many actually suffered an injury of any consequence? what supports these falls happening to "too many" players and it being "extremely dangerous?"

I've seen lots of players fly over/into press row, into the stands, and/or into photographers or cheerleaders on "regular" courts too, but no one says "regular courts are too dangerous!"
