Yeah, OSU is in if they (and OU) win out unfortunately

Wisconsin & Penn State wins backed by Mich and Mich St wins. Oklahoma winning the Big 12 won't create the situation where OSU is being compared to a 2 loss non-champion OU who worked OSU in Colombus.

Miami has the ND win and nothing else of note. VT win their second best?

ND is lacking great wins outside USC and would have Miami sitting there. Same with USC (this time ND sitting there).

The ACC Conference Championship is going to cost an ACC team a spot. First time a conference championship game will have done this in the playoff era due to the remarkable run of favorites winning every game.
