...great start. Remember VT baseball having a black baseball cap when I was a student, but they never sold it at the VT Bookstore.
Baseball caps/jerseys would be a huge seller! Offer one team jersey every year, and they'll become collector's items if you do a different one every year. I'm not talking about a cheap replica, but the same (or better) quality you would see at a MLB ballpark store.
