Agree with HokieED that it's hard to give a ranking.

Brooks essentially did the same thing last year as DW did in his final 2 years. Win a ton of non-conference games but suck against the ACC. How the team does this year compared to last year is the true measuring stick. Did the team improve from year 1 to year 2? That's what we need to see.
