What I'd rather have answers to is why shoot out the Sanctuary's windows rather than Negan and his lieutenants? Rick starts counting at ten and opens fire at six. He should have shot at least three or four people on that platform, including Negan and Simon. There's no reason either of them should have escaped catching several rounds each, but they weren't targeted for some reason.

Oh, and Gregory.... major dick move!
