No, they don't have jurisdiction over course offerings


and I don't think you really want them to.

I get the frustration over the UNC thing because the course offerings were so obviously devoid of content/quality.

But where do you want them to draw the line? Essentially, you're saying you want the NCAA to decide when it's "too easy" to meet the APR standards. How are they going to determine that and do you really want them to?
