Cody was #1, not just at the weight, but overall.

Not just at his weight class, but in the entire country. He was the #1 prospect because good, active wrestling heavyweights are always at a premium. No one's resume matched Cody's coming out of high school.

I know this one for a fact because that was the era I was doing the InterMat Top 250 and did the prospect rankings.
