NCAA determines it has no jurisdiction over UNC course offerings.

This was obvious for a long time. What took the NCAA 3 1/2 years wasting everyone's time to determine this? Geez.

This is an issue for the Accreditation Board for the University of North Carolina as a whole. It has nothing to do with athletics. The Accreditation Board should investigate it and offer penalties, not the NCAA.
