I agree. At this point, the NCAA's main business is to ensure that the
lines separating amateur/collegiate and professional sports are well-defined and rules related to this be enforced.
The offering of pseudo-courses by departments does not seem to be a violation that falls under the category of "lack of institutional control" which have been used to penalize other institutions in the past.
