I'd check out Iceland, England, France, Netherlands, and Germany...

if I were Chugger. There are a lot of Europeans who would love to spend 4 years playing soccer in America and getting a (mostly) free education. The Canadians figured that out years ago. Basketball and the Olympic Sports have been recruiting international players for decades. We even have an Aussie punter now. I wonder when baseball will start to recruit Latin American players? I think Miami does.
