He made it clear, kids getting paid at every skill level. Mid-major kids, absolutely. Main reason, kids all think they are the next big thing, parents all think that as well. All assume they have a high value, and are high major talent. Then they find out they aren't going to get as much money as the one and dones, BUT they still get money, even at the lower level programs.
