For the upper tier recruit yes, they usually go to the teams that win more,

that said, I would feel better about them winning if we played them more and beat them. Part of the problem with NCSU is that we don't play them enough to say, hey their good, but we beat them...come over to the winning side.

Hey this is all just talk, the truth is focus on what we can control. For us as fans it is about supporting our team in good times and bad.
