the layered depth approach and opportunities to play and shine on the big stage. He seems trustworthy not unlike Beamer or Fuente. Beamer was hurt by age related recruiting. I believe Fuente will compete as he has a definite plan and process to make things work and isn't limited to VA & a couple of border states for recruits. I like the future under Fuente & Staff!
