1. Yes. I'd have thrown the ball down the field more. Our pass protections isn't bad.
2. If, as you say, you just want to bag the idea, then why have the throwing QB in there. use Bush for some packages that give you basically an extra back and someone a quicker, more physical runner and who can run the option better and get the edge.
3. The fake FG was not a huge deal, but it was still a bad call. However, VT had way too many yards to gain, and in that situation, you know Clemson will be in safe.

I'm not saying JF was awful. He's a very good coach. I just think this was his worst performance so far (with the exception of Syracuse possibly).
