If the ACC did keep L'ville and possibly Miami (assuming they are guilty

of something) and they get a TV ban for X number of years, then does that open the door for ESPN to lower the payout (if there is a clause in the contract that gives ESPN the unilateral power to do it) or at the very least open the door to renegotiate the contract? I am not suggesting that the ACC should kick out anyone before all the dusts settles. However, the ACC may find itself in a "damned if you do and damned if you don't" situation regardless of what decision it makes. I don't think ESPN will use this opportunity to screw over the ACC, but I guess anything is possible given we don't know how ugly things could get as a result of the investigations.
