If American football were to eventually fade away, then

what sport(s) do you think would fill the Fall void? It would seem to me that soccer may have the best chance to fill the void. However, I could see lacrosse, rugby (league and union), baseball, ice hockey, or maybe basketball (start the regular season earlier) could fill the void. One of the factors I considered when creating the list is what professional leagues exist in the world and would any be interested in expanding into the US market or easy for someone to start a league in the US market.
