After we got to the College Cup, I thought that recruiting would improve but it never has. Like many Tech sports, we have to depend on defense since the upper half of the conference does a better job at recruiting offensive players. Sometimes I think we need to go the international route like FSU does. Our state and region is rich in women's soccer talent but every top program recruits hard in our footprint.

Sometimes I wonder if Chugger is happy here. I know that his wife lost her job with the new change in women's volleyball coaching staff. Chugger has never been big on talking to the media. He tends to keep a low profile unlike coaches like Buzz Williams or John Sung.
