paid $600 to the HSF and ordered the $550 seats. Quite a while back I got an email bumping me from "In The Paint" to "The High Post." I didn't like it but they had said it was a possibility.

Now it appears I'll be bumped again from "The High Post" to "East New York.".

My fault I guess. But, as Saret says, I feel a bit baited. I donated the HSF for football but it qualified for "In The Paint" in hoops.

I wasn't too upset at being bumped down one level. But two: not so easy to accept. I would have paid the extra HSF if they had related the likely results

And, when you're bumped, they "credit your account" with the difference in the lesser cost of the seat. I think they need to post the refund to my credit card and not my VT "account" (future purchases).
