I bought 2 seats. There is virtually nothing available below row T in the $550 seats. Scattered sets of three are available, but you can't leave one stranded and you can't add a third seat unless you bought it at the beginning. Ended up in the $250 seats in section 17 down low, looking down court on the right side of the tunnel. Not the same as dead-on half court between the portals, but not bad.

I talked to the ticket office and they said they had sold every $550 seat, which is why I couldn't add on. In the future, it looks like a decent strategy would be to buy 3 seats and plan for a fair number of those three-seat sets to be available in great locations as selection progresses. The good news is, there seems to be significantly greater demand for tickets than during the last selection. There were tons of great seats available last time when my turn came (my priority didn't change much under the new system).

Now if we could just get ticket holders to put butts in their seats every game ...
