Again, I agree with you. However, from my

perspective, it is a lack of transparency. I can't remember being told about selections occurring prior to the official start of selection.
I complained vociferously when TILI Lansden rolled out the new giving requirements to the Scholarship. The complaints were not about the program, but the roll out (which was done by TILI on behalf of WB). The HC for years operated under a quid pro quo system. Now that the quid has changed, the quo remains opaque. TILI made me into a customer, and I'm demanding customer service. Not fully disclosing details of the selection process, and the non-disclosure of who gets to select when is not good customer service. It's "bait and switch."
I sent an email to Sandy Smith two weeks ago re: HC/AthDept and "contractual obligations" set asides prior to commencement of selection for the hoi polloi. Needless to say, I got no response. Why is full disclosure not forthcoming nor acknowledged? Do you not see anything wrong with at least 321 seats not being available to people for selection, especially with the reduction of seats and the rising popularity of MBB? Aren't you tired of being treated like a mushroom?
