I am a "cheap seater" to begin with and they said, up front, that the HSF "giving level" wouldn't necessarily result in getting a seat at the level one paid to qualify.

That being said: you are correct. You fly into this totally partial panel. You get what they say you will and like it.

Being a local next year I'm going to buy outside on gameday. All weekday games will have good seats (better than what I will end up with next week) at less than face. And, if you have to pay over face to get into a high profile opponent once or twice, you're still ahead of the curve. Admittedly few years back, I got into the No 1 Duke game buying outside for less than face value.

Last year we had several threads on this board about bad attendance, crowds making for bad TV and lining the court with students. Those weekday crowds will look good compared to this year.
